As a result of the recent surge in enterprise bankruptcy reorganizations in China, new ideas and investment opportunities have emerged in the market. In particular, the entry of service trusts into the field of bankruptcy reorganization has facilitated the group management of enterprises and fostered the formation of a more robust bond market. This has sparked widespread concerns about risk disposal trust services, substantive mergers and reorganization of affiliated enterprises, and bankruptcy reorganization of bond defaulters.
